It’s complicated. Haha.

I dabbled in shirt design five years ago when I was trying out my first business adventure: fitness clothing. It was only in the past few months that I started to take shirt design seriously though.

I got into Merch By Amazon fairly quickly after applying even though it said there would be a wait. I uploaded one shirt design on there for St. Patricks Day. Two of my family members bought one…haha. I’ve gotta play with it some more before I can figure out if it’s worthwhile.

I’m also considering doing what seems to be hot right now and setting up my own site/shopify store integrated with a print on demand service so I can sell shirts with my own designs.

But the only way I’m making money right now is through freelance on Upwork.com.

If I’m going to make this work long term I’m gonna need something a bit more scalable though.

Whatever happens, I’ll probably end up writing about it on here. 😆
