Is this thinking hats thing where I see all of these job listings with “white hat engineer” or whatever. I’m like what are these secret hats about?

At the beginning, don’t you mean “objectively?” If not, explain please as I’m feeling rather daft at the moment.

This was an interesting read. I’ll probably never use the first method, but I like the different perspectives idea of the second one.
